Our Commitment
Shadow operates under strict confidentiality for every engagement, without exception. Client identities, locations, schedules, threat profiles, and all operational details are never disclosed, to the press, to third parties, or to any other client. Discretion is not a feature we offer. It is the foundation upon which every Shadow operation is built.
Standard NDA
All Shadow engagements are covered by a mutual non-disclosure agreement executed prior to any operational briefing or the exchange of sensitive information. This agreement is mutual, it protects both the client's confidential information and Shadow's operational methodologies. No briefing begins without an executed NDA in place.
What Is Covered
The NDA covers, but is not limited to, the following:
- Client identity and affiliation
- Threat assessment findings and risk profiles
- Advance operation details and route planning
- Security protocols, procedures, and tactics
- Personnel assignments and team composition
- All communications related to the engagement
Agent Confidentiality
Every Shadow agent signs a comprehensive non-disclosure and confidentiality agreement as a condition of employment, before they are briefed on any client or operation. Breach of confidentiality by any Shadow agent results in immediate termination and pursuit of all available legal remedies. There are no exceptions.
Media & Photography
Shadow personnel will not participate in, confirm, deny, or comment on any media inquiry regarding clients, engagements, or operational details, under any circumstances, without explicit prior written authorization from the client. Our agents are trained to disengage from all unsanctioned media contact.
Digital Security
All digital communications regarding active or prospective engagements are conducted through encrypted channels. Shadow does not discuss client matters, threat details, or operational planning via unsecured email, standard SMS, or unencrypted phone lines. Secure communication protocols are established at the outset of every engagement.
