Delete From Inside the App
The fastest way to delete your SHDW App account is from the app itself. The same steps work on iPhone, Android, and the web app.
- Open the SHDW App and sign in.
- Open Account from the navigation bar.
- Scroll to the Danger Zone and tap Delete account.
- Read the notice and tap Continue.
- Enter your password and tap Delete my account.
Deletion takes effect immediately. You are signed out on every device and the account can no longer be used to sign in. This cannot be undone.
Before You Delete
Two situations block deletion until you resolve them:
- A job in progress. A detail that is dispatching, assigned, or active cannot lose its operator or its client. Finish or cancel it first.
- You own an organization with other members. Transfer ownership or remove the other members first, so your team is not left without an owner.
If you want a copy of your personal data, ask for it before you delete. Email hello@shdw.com from the address on your account and we will send an export.
If You Cannot Sign In
You can request deletion by email instead.

Subject line: Delete my SHDW account
Send the request from the email address on the account and include the phone number on the account so we can confirm it is yours. We reply to confirm the request, then delete the account exactly as the in-app button does. For your protection, we do not act on requests from an address we cannot match to the account without verifying your identity first.
What Is Deleted
Deletion removes the personal data on your account:
- Your name, email address, phone number, and profile photo
- Uploaded licenses, certificates, and verification status
- Your home base, saved locations, and location history
- Your emergency contact and notification settings
- Every signed-in session and registered device
What Remains
Completed jobs, timesheets, and invoices stay in the records of the people you worked with, such as the agency that scheduled you or the client who booked you, with your personal details removed. Those are their business records, and they continue to show the work without identifying you.
Records that our payment processor is required to keep follow its own retention policy. Deleting your SHDW account does not delete an organization you belong to or the data that organization holds about its own operations.
